Sidhi Vinayaka Technologies is one of the leading company to meet the needs of the machinery manufactures and large scale units having its corporate office at Bangalore –The technology hub of India. The Idea of setting up of the company was taken up after the our experience in the same field of activity for more than a decade and also looking at the potential for different kind of products in the Industrial Sector.

CONSTITUTION

The constitution of the Industry is on the required norms of the partnership concern.

Mr. G. Surendranath is a Mechnical Engineer having a hand full of experience,and worked as an Executive Vendor Development for Avasarala Technologies Ltd. Handled prestigious projects like Center for Advance Technology, Nuclear Power Corporation of India Ltd. & ISRO etc., Avasarala Technologies is engaged in the design and manufacture of special purpose machineries and automations. Presently he is taking care of Purchase, Marketing & Finance.

Mr. P.RAVI is a Mechanical Engineer having a hand full of experience,and worked as an Executive in Production Dept and Project execution in Avasarala Technologies Ltd., for more than a decade. Presently he is taking care of entire production activities.

Mr. S.B.Nijalingappa is a Mechanical Engineer having a hand full of experience,and worked as an Executive in Assemble Dept & Project execution in Avasarala Technologies Ltd & Batliboi Spms Pvt Ltd , for more than a decade .Presently he is taking care of Production & E & C works.

Mr. Venkatesh looks after Administrator Department.

SIZE OF THE UNIT

The unit is small scale industry taking into consideration the investment and size of the unit. We are registered with the KST/CST, PF&ESI as per their norms. The unit is approximately 2000 Sq ft (Fabrication Unit) & 5000 Sqft (Machine Shop & Assemble Unit) of built area and having sufficient area for inspection, storing of finished and unfinished jobs, space for raw material, fabrication & assembling. The unit is connected with KPTCL load of 40 HP each which is sufficient for all the machines in the unit. We have generator of capacity 32Kva.

The unit being situated in Sunkadakatte which is one of the prime location for industrial area is nearer to Rajainagar and Peenya industrial area. The other factors are easy availability of transportation, bus facility for workers, consumable like the Tools, spares, Raw materials of both Ferrous and Non Ferrous can be easily procured. Outsourcing of machining facility like Cylindrical Grinding, Heat Treatment, CNC Machining and Turning Centers are available at close vicinity. We have association with various sub-contractors who does jig boring, surface grinding, pressed & plastic injection moulding components.
